For foreign founders, you can either pay for the Essential package plus the address add-on (+ HKD 3,000/year) or move to the Comprehensive package (HKD 10,345) to get all you need for Hong Kong company incorporation.

It is also worth noting that Osome’s packages mainly cover incorporation and compliance requirements. Accounting and tax filings are added separately based on annual revenue, which means additional costs should be expected (starting at HKD 3,500/year) when budgeting for the first-year of operation.

Step 3. Answer a few questions

If you proceed immediately without talking to a representative, you will be prompted to answer a few questions, whether you need a local address and whether you want to use accounting services. If accounting is selected, you will be asked for an expected revenue range.

Step 4: Create an Osome account

Next, you will be prompted to create your Osome account by providing your full name, email, and phone number. Getting redirected to create an account and verify everything before you can see the full details and fee breakdown is a bit of a friction point.

Step 5: Review the package & pick the add-ons

Then, review your package. If you selected the Essential package, you can also add a registered address at this stage. You also have the option to add on Osome accounting services. Notice that the accounting add-ons can inflate the total cost fast, as they are billed annually. 

Step 6: Make payment

Once you're ready, go to checkout. You will once again see the breakdown price of each service, plus any taxes and any discounts. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard®, Amex, or UnionPay credit or debit card.
